Welcome to my inaugural newsletter on estate planning. As a mother of two with a soon to be empty nest, protecting and planning for my legacy to my girls is top of mind. When they were younger, I was concerned with temporary and permanent guardianships for them if something happened to me. Now as they are reaching adulthood, I want the peace of mind knowing they will inherit something for their future. I'm guided by the Bible verse: A good person leaves an inheritance to their children's children, Proverbs 13:22. I raised my girls through the handling of real estate closings, and now as I plan for their future I'm growing my practice to include estate planning.
